The CEO and senior executives in the Ortivus Group have a short term incentive program including variable pay. The incentive programs are based on two to four parameters in relation to the budget that the Board approved (such as orders, net sales, EBITDA, in relation to direct sales targets for the sales organizations etc.).
There is also a long term incentive program based on options for the CEO and senior executives.
