Patient should be mobilized as fast as possible

Patients with STEMI stay shorter and shorter time booth in bed and in hospital. Patient shall be mobilized as fast as possible. Most patients can leave the bed more or less immediately or a few hours after a PCI is performed. Staying in bed can make problems for the patient as pneumonia, pulmonary embolism etc.

To make early mobilization possible CoroNet is only using wireless transmitters. CoroNet can monitor continuously 12-lead ECG on telemetry patients, and we are talking about real 12-lead ECG, that can be downloaded in ECG databases, and not “reconstructed” ECG from a limited number of electrodes.

Ortivus has a long history of ischemia monitoring. Our method is called MIDA and it is the most well documented method. There are 20 PhD thesis and more that 100 scientific papers published about this method. Of course MIDA is used in CoroNet to make it possible to identify ischemic episodes and high risk patients.
